    Al-Halbousi discusses Iraqi political developments with UN

    The Iraqi Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, discussed today, Thursday, with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, the developments of the political situation in the country.

    Al-Halbousi discusses Iraqi political developments with UNAl-Halbousi received the Special Representative of the United Nations in Iraq, Jenin Hennis-Plasschaert. He emphasized the importance of concluding constitutional dues and forming a new government that meets the requirements of Iraq’s people. Several topics of common interest were discussed, including regional and international situations.
