    Bahrain Foreign Minister chairs Human Rights meeting

    Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Bahrain’s foreign minister, said that Bahrain will continue to protect and promote human rights in accordance with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s vision. Thanking HM the King and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in the National Human Rights Plan approved by the Cabinet for their commitment to the respect of human rights, human dignity and fundamental freedoms.

    Bahrain Foreign Minister chairs Human Rights meetingHe chaired the 32nd meeting of the Human Rights Higher Coordination Committee remotely. Thanking the members of the Committee for their work in preparing the national human rights plan. They discussed the first national report before the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights last February in Geneva. They are now looking forward to the success of their work at the national level.
